Delivery Information & Backorders
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Due to the restrictions in our country due to Coronavirus,
We regret to inform you that the delivery of orders may take approximately one month.
What is the delivery date?
The delivery date is 72 working hours (average) for products in stock.
The orders are prepared and delivered to the courier service on the same day for purchases made before 15.00 from Monday to Friday on working days. In the case of orders made after 15:00, during the weekend, national holidays or holidays announced on the web, the order will be processed on the next working day. Dispatches to remote areas, as well as those made during peak demand periods, can have a delay of one day in addition to the aforementioned delivery dates.
The carrier will try to deliver on working days. If unable to locate you, the package would be forwarded to the nearest Carrier office and you would be notified by emai, mail box or telephone. You will have 7 days to collect the product, after this period the product will be returned to our warehouses and we will proceed to process the return under standard conditions.
We ship to mainland Spain, The Balearic Islands and Canary Islands. For EU consult the list below of available countries.

What is the shipment cost?
The shipment cost can change depending of the destination country, from 7€ to 34€ depeding of. Currently there is a promotion “Free STANDARD shipment costs for purchases above €100,00€” available only for mainland Spain.
For Pickup to Store shipping method, there is no cost to delivery your orders.
How can I track my orders?
For information about your tracking order, you can ask this information using our email shoes@lolakaos.com or calling to +34 93 319 61 40 (Mon – Fri 9:30 – 13:30 & 16:00 – 20:00).
It’s possible to exchange the Size?
Of course! In LolaKaos our aim is your complete satisfaction with your purchase from our online shop. As such, if, when you receive your order the size does not fit, you have 15 days to change it completely free of charge.
To request a change in size please contact us by email at shoes@lolakaos.com or answer the order confirmation email indicating the new size you need of the corresponding model and the order number.
Once we have confirmed the change by email, you have to bring the package to one of the UPS Access Points indicated on the new label attached. Boxes should be placed in a securely sealed and protected bag with the return label printed and visibly attached to the package.
If you need to make the change at a different address from that featured in the original order, notify us beforehand in the request via email.
The promotion “free size changes” is conditioned by the stock availability will be applicable once only and exclusively for size changes of the same model you bought with the original order. If you would like to have a size change to another model or, after having received the new one you are not satisfied, you can process the return and make a new order according to the standard conditions.
It is only possible to change and return products bought in our online shop.
Can I return my order?
To request a return please contact us by email at shoes@lolakaos.com or answer the order confirmation email indicating the products you wish to return and the order number.
We will assign a reference number which will be used for tracking the return. We will answer your request by e-mail giving detailed instructions and the reference number assigned.
You will have to send the package at your own cost to our warehouses using the shipping method you prefer and with the reference assigned on the outside of the package. We do not accept freight collect packages.
Once we have received the package in our warehouses, and checked that it fulfils all the conditions, within a maximum of 14 days we will return the corresponding amount using the same payment method that you used (card or PayPal). The product amount will be refunded but not the shipping, return or cash on delivery costs. In the event that you reject the purchase once it has left our warehouses, the product amount will be refunded and the transport costs incurred in the return will be deducted.

- The product has to be returned in its original pair box.
- The outer packaging must have the same dimensions as the original packaging.
It is only possible to change and return products bought in our online shop. If you would like to do an exchange size product o return products purchased from our physical stores, go directly to the place where you purchased the product, they will be happy to help you!
